What we collect and why
- Website visitors: technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website. We have no contact forms and use no analytics or advertising cookies.
- People who email us: name, email address and message, so that we can reply.
- Business contacts: name, role, company, work email address and professional information from public sources, so that we can contact companies that may be interested in our work. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Customers and suppliers: contact details, agreements and invoices, to carry out agreements and keep accounts.
We rely on our legitimate interest, or on contract and legal obligations for customers, suppliers and accounting.
Social media
We publish our own posts to our own Instagram and LinkedIn accounts using an internal tool. We do not use it to collect data about other members.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes. Accounting records are kept for 7 years, as required by Swedish law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers for email, file storage, internal communication, website hosting and AI assistance. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA, using safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive a copy of it, or object to our use of it. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
